AdlER Mobile

AdlER ERP framework comes with Comprehensive Mobile App available on both android and iOS to enable the customers to reach out their business at any point of time. AdlER Mobile ensure that the business decisions will not be delayed since, alerts, notifications, dashboards and approvals are available on the Mobile App for quick review and decision making. AdlER Mobile is available in two variants which the customers can choose based on their requirements.

AdlER Fusion

AdlER FUSION is a Management App which provides a total control of your business. AdlER FUSION comes with built in functions of the HR Employee Self Services functions which can be used by the respective managers. Apart from this, the key dashboards related with functional areas of the AdlER solution are available on the mobile app for a quick view.

The following features are available in AdlER Fusion App:

Employee Profile

The employee profile as per the records available in the organization will be displayed here. Each employee can view his profile details for quick reference as well.

Requests

This function enables the employees to submit their request for multiple requirements. This includes Leave application, rejoin request, Loan request, claim reimbursements, document request, travel ticket request, training request, payment request, time sheet updates etc. Once a request is submitted, it flows through a work flow to the approver for the required approvals.

Alerts

Alerts & notifications provide important information that require immediate attention from the employee. This includes expiry of contracts or any documents, notifications about any approvals, re-order level, material expiry, budget overshooting, etc. AdlER provides the flexibility to assign alerts to employees based on their assigned responsibilities.

Approvals

The request submitted from various users can be viewed and approved through the Approval option available in the Mobile App. The approval request will reach the user based on the approval workflow set in the system. The approver has the options to approve, reject, hold or refer back the request.

Dashboards

Dashboards are key indicators regarding the health of the organization. AdlER Fusion provides key dashboards from all functional modules at your fingertips. The real time data available on the dashboards along with the alerts & notifications function acts as a powerful tool to have total control of your business.

General Info

As a user of the AdlER Fusion App, the employee will be allocated with different approval authorities and user permissions. The user has the option to have a quick view about the privileges under this section.

AdlER ESS

Employee Self Service for HCM, from anywhere any time
AdlER ESS is a HR Self Services mobile App providing flexibility to the employees of the organization to handle all HR related request and approvals. Organizations can subscribe to the app based on their number of employees and their levels. Two options are available for the AdlER ESS App as AdlER ESS Basic and AdlER ESS Standard based on the functionalities available.

The following features are available in AdlER ESS App:
