Workforce management through effective attendance monitoring is essential for an optimized and efficient output from the team for any organization. As companies grow, the management face bottlenecks with workforce management and process automation. Handling multiple work sites and multiple teams has made this challenge more critical for growing companies. These work scenarios have given rise to a host of problems like excessive absenteeism, buddy punching, and frequent breaks among employees, which ultimately cost huge amounts of money every year.
Organizations implement Human Resource Management Systems to handle this problems, but generally, the time attendance andworkforce management functions in HCM systems have very basic functionalities that will not be effective in tracking the time and productivity of the workforce of the organization, which has fixed or multiple sites, multiple activities, as well as mobile workforce moving from site to site. Tracking the sales and delivery teams who will be always on the move is another challenge faced by organizations. Most HCM systems do not provide real-time attendance processing features and advanced mobile and tablet-based attendance systems.

SiteWatch is an integrated cloud-based time attendance, site, and work force management solutions with intrinsic capabilities, that will keep track of the distributed workforce of different departments in can access the attendance data of the total employees real time from anywhere. SiteWatch integrates with all payroll/HRMS systems and biometric systems without any dependance on hardware devices. With individual or group wise attendance/absence management, employees and their supervisors get convenient access to timesheets and costing.

Geo Tagged Punching

Option to create multiple worksites with pinned locations, pre allocation of work force to these sites and attendance tracking based on Geo fencing.

Punch in/out through mobile/tablet apps with geo-tagging features which can be verified by HR through daily reports.

Facility to mark attendance with multiple preconditions, including offline attendance capturing in case of absence of internet connectivity. Automated data synchronization option when the data connectivity is established.

Works on GPS data also providing flexibility to use the system without mobile data, incases of huge number of work forces, where the mobile data charges will be a concern.

Built in OR code scan attendance as optional add-on function.

Option to report any incidents from work site with photograph. The intimation can be sent to the concerned in charges.

View the status of the work force at different locations or sites at any point of time.

Seamlessly integrated with AdlER ERP solution for data flow to multiple modules like project management, HRMS etc.

Task update from project sites based on the multiple tasks assigned in the project management application.
